Delivery time:
UK: 1–3 business days
Europe: 2-3 business days
USA and Canada: 2-4 business days
Rest of the World: 2-8 business days
Please note: These are air freight estimates and may vary due to processing time (1-2 days), remote areas (including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances).
Shipping Fee:
Shipping cost estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address, weight (actual or volumetric), and order value. If the items you order are oversized, additional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you before processing any oversized orders.
Tariffs, taxes, and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):
International Orders: You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the customs authorities of your country/region. These charges are not included in the shipping cost, and you are responsible for paying them upon delivery. We operate on a DDU basis, meaning that duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order price and may be collected by customs at the time of delivery.
Returns and Refunds:
Unused, unaltered, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within the following period: a full refund within 25 days. However, due to continuously rising shipping costs, especially for international shipping, you will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Returned items should be in their original condition. Please note that return procedures and refund amounts may vary depending on the individual store where the item was purchased. Non-returnable items include baby formula, personal care products, and hazardous materials.
Important Note:
- Ensure accurate delivery address to avoid delays.
- The delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery time does not include processing (1-2 days) and customs delays.
- International cost depends on order value, weight, and destination.
- We operate DDU, so you are responsible for applicable duties and taxes in your location.
- Unused, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, but you will be responsible for the full return shipping costs.
- Some items (such as infant formula, personal care products) are non-returnable.
- Once an order is accepted and shipping begins, it cannot be canceled.
- Contact the manufacturer directly for product information beyond the provided instructions.
- Understand Customs Procedures: Before placing an order, research import restrictions, duties, and taxes to ensure compliance with the regulations of the destination country. International orders require customs clearance. Customs authorities are independent, and we cannot influence their decisions or control their processes. As the importer, you are responsible for understanding and complying with the customs regulations of the destination country. Your responsibility:
- Study import restrictions and potential tariffs/taxes.
- Track Your Order: After your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing tracking information. Use this information to track the progress of your package on the courier's website and check for customs updates in the tracking details.
- Prepare to pay any applicable customs duties or fees.
- If applicable, ensure you have obtained the necessary licenses for restricted import goods.
- Non-Returnable Items and Order Cancellation: Our team begins processing your order immediately upon acceptance. Once the delivery process has started, orders cannot be canceled, as we are unable to retrieve packages already in transit. The decision to return a package is at the discretion of the courier, and if the courier returns the package, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (not guaranteed). For any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as infant formula, personal care products, and hazardous materials) cannot be returned once delivery has commenced (unless defective).
