  • 珐琅加工：以玻璃为原料的珐琅耐食材酸性强，即使长时间使用也不会串味。Staub 的珐琅加工具有优异的耐用性。
  • 旋钮（把手）：可耐高温的旋钮，也可用于烤箱烹饪。（※最高可承受 250℃）
  • 锅底：光滑的底部适用于所有热源。无论是明火、烤箱，还是 IH（100V、200V）均可使用。（※不可用于微波炉）
  • 黑色哑光珐琅加工：内部采用 Staub 独有的凹凸加工。由于细微的凹凸增加了表面积，使油更容易附着，食材接触点减少，不易粘锅。
