Your use of our services, or continued use after we update this policy (we will promptly notify you of any updates), signifies your agreement to the content of this policy (including updated versions) and your consent for us to collect, use, store, share, transfer, and publicly disclose your relevant information in accordance with this policy.
I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
Personal information refers to various types of information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a natural person's identity either alone or in combination with other information. This includes, but is not limited to, basic information (such as personal name, date of birth, gender, address, personal phone number, email address, etc.), online identity information (including system account numbers, IP addresses, email addresses, etc.), personal property information (including transaction records, coupons, and other virtual property information), and personal internet activity records (including website browsing history, software usage records, click records, etc.).

(1) Situations where you need to authorize us to collect and use your personal information
Our services include core business functions and additional features. Our services encompass essential core business functions, which include the necessary capabilities for obtaining high-quality online shopping discount information, utilizing information publishing services, improving the information distribution, recommendations, and other services we provide, ensuring website security, as well as customer service, account appeals, and complaint reporting functions. To achieve these functions, we may collect and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide the relevant information, you may not be able to enjoy some of the services we offer.
1. Implement the necessary functions to obtain high-quality online shopping discount information and use information publishing services
(1) When using the services provided by HautHome, you can browse content on the HautHome platform and purchase goods through links to third-party platforms via HautHome platform content. However, you will not be able to use other services provided by HautHome, such as information publishing services, either in whole or in part. You may modify and supplement your nickname, email address, mobile phone number, personal profile, and other relevant information. The supplementary information you provide will help us offer personalized product recommendations and a better service experience. However, if you choose not to provide this supplementary information, it will not affect your use of the core business functions of the HautHome platform. When registering for a HautHome account, you are required to provide us with your nickname, profile picture (if applicable), mobile phone number, and other information. We will verify the validity of your identity by sending an SMS verification code. Mobile phone numbers are considered sensitive information, and the collection of such information is necessary to comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding real-name registration requirements for online platforms.
(2) You can accurately find the products or services you need through search. We may retain your search content to facilitate repeated input or to display products or services related to your search. Please note that your search keywords alone cannot identify your identity and do not constitute your personal information. We have the right to use them for legitimate purposes. Only when your search keywords are combined with other information and can identify your identity, during such combined use, we will treat your search keywords as your personal information and process and protect them together with your search history in accordance with this policy.
2. Essential functions for ensuring website security
To enhance the security of our system while you use our services and ensure the safety of website data, more accurately prevent phishing website fraud, and protect account security, we may assess the risk level of your account by understanding your browsing information, device information, and other means, and may record certain links we deem risky ("URLs"). When you contact our customer service for inquiries or submit account appeals, reports, or complaints to us, in order to facilitate communication with you or assist in resolving your issues, we may collect and record personal information such as your nickname, name, mobile phone number, email address, and other contact details. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may be unable to provide timely feedback on the results of your inquiries, appeals, reports, or complaints.
(2) You may choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information
To provide you with better services and enhance your user experience, the following additional features may collect and use your personal information. You can choose whether to enable and use these additional features. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still use the core business functions of the HautHome platform, but you may not be able to use some of the additional features. These additional features include:
1. When you need to use services such as redeeming physical gifts or receiving activity rewards issued by us, you must provide us with information such as the recipient's name, address, postal code, and contact phone number.
2. When you use payment assistance services, for example, when certain services on the HautHome platform require you to pay a deposit or security deposit, you need to provide us with your name, bank card number, bank card type, and other information.
3. We may use your personal information to provide or promote our own or third-party products and services to you through our internal messaging system, email, or other means. If the relevant page has an "unsubscribe" or similar function and you do not wish to receive information about products or services from us through the above methods, you can follow the instructions on the page to set your preferences and request to stop receiving all or part of the promotional information we send.
(3) Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the collection of your personal information in the following circumstances does not require your authorization or consent:

(4) Rules for the Use of Your Personal Information
1. We will use the collected personal information in accordance with the provisions of this policy and to achieve the functions of our services.
2. Please note that all personal information you provide while using our services will be continuously authorized for our use during your service usage, unless you delete it or refuse our collection through system settings. After you deactivate your account, we will cease providing services to you. Your personal information will be anonymized across the entire HautHome platform, rendering your account unsearchable and inaccessible, and will be deleted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. When we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will seek your prior consent through your active selection or other lawful means.
4. According to the provisions of laws and regulations, information that cannot identify specific individuals and cannot be restored after processing does not constitute personal information. Additionally, we authorize third-party data statistics and analysis agencies to obtain information such as user ID, gender, age, place of origin, personal browsing history, frequently used device information, transaction records, and IP address, to provide us with website visit data statistics and analysis services. Our authorized partners may also match and analyze the information we provide to them with the data in their databases and return the analysis results to us.
(2) Suppliers, service providers, and other partners. We share information with suppliers, service providers, and other partners worldwide who support our business. This support includes, but is not limited to, providing technical infrastructure services or other technical support, analyzing how our services are used, measuring the effectiveness of advertisements and services, offering customer service, facilitating payments, or conducting academic research and surveys. 1. HautHome values the security of personal information. We adopt industry-standard practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We will take all reasonably feasible measures to safeguard your personal information. For example, our network services employ encryption technologies such as the Transport Layer Security protocol, providing browsing services through HTTPS and other methods to ensure the security of user information during transmission. We use encryption technology to securely store users' personal information, and we apply strong encryption algorithms with one-way hashing for the storage and transmission of sensitive personal information. Additionally, we encrypt the encryption algorithms themselves, regularly conduct virus scans and system vulnerability assessments on the environments where personal sensitive information is stored and transmitted.
2. We only allow employees and partners of HautHome and its affiliates who have a legitimate need to know this information to access personal data, and we have established strict access controls and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose. We also require individuals who may come into contact with your personal information to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in legal liability or the termination/suspension of their partnership with us.
3. We will take all reasonably practicable measures to ensure that no personal information unrelated to the services provided by HautHome is collected.

We will do our utmost to protect your personal information, but please understand that due to technological limitations and the existence of various malicious means, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security of information in the internet industry. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, including: the basic details of the security incident and its potential impact, the measures we have taken or will take to address it, recommendations for you to prevent and mitigate risks on your own, and remedies available to you. You can adjust your privacy settings according to our relevant policies and the prompts on the HautHome platform, including whether to allow others to view your updates or see the activities of those you follow. The specific setup paths are subject to the operational requirements and information displayed on the relevant pages of the HautHome platform.
3. Account Deactivation. You may deactivate your registered HautHome account. The specific deactivation process shall be based on the operational requirements and information displayed on the relevant pages of the HautHome platform.
4. Responding to your request
If you are unable to access, correct, or delete your personal information through the methods mentioned above, or if you need to access, correct, or delete other personal information generated while using our services, or if you believe we have violated any laws, regulations, or agreements regarding the collection and use of personal information, you can contact us through the "Contact Us" section on the HautHome platform. To ensure security, we may require you to submit a written request or provide other means to verify your identity. We will respond to your request within 30 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. For reasonable requests, we generally do not charge a fee. However, for repeated or excessive requests, we may charge a reasonable cost depending on the circumstances. Requests that are unfounded, require excessive technical measures (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (such as involving information stored on backup tapes) may be rejected.
In the following circumstances, we will be unable to respond to your request as required by laws and regulations:
(1) Directly related to national security or defense security;
(2) Directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(4) There is sufficient evidence to indicate subjective malice or abuse of rights on your part;

VI. Third-party providers and their services
